I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our sessions to help you figure out options and possibilities and create your own path – with some handy tips and techniques along the way, too. The tools I use with you range from traditional coaching techniques through to tarot and energy work. 

As your coach, I’m here to support you and walk alongside you (often by asking those awkward questions you’d rather not think about!) I’m not here to “fix” you. You choose what you put into action – it is YOUR life after all!!

One-off sessions

For when you just need some support, but don’t feel a need for (or can’t afford – let’s be honest here! Life gets expensive & we all have budgets!) ongoing coaching.

Cost: NZ$195 per 90 minute session

Six session package

Exactly what it says! 6 x 90 minutes sessions to help you dig deep and work through part of your life transformation.

Cost: NZ$1080 ($180 per session)

Ongoing coaching

When you’re in this for the long haul, and want my company and support along the way.

Cost: NZ$180 per session (usually following on from a six session package)

GROUNDED programme

Unlike the more freeform approach of my regular coaching, GROUNDED is a lightly structured modular programme which supports you to build the spiritual side of your life and connect with your energy and the energy of your surroundings.

GROUNDED includes:

• 12 x 90 minutes 1:1 sessions, and
• Lifetime access to the GROUNDED resource library
